The migration is free, there is no downtime, and the email travels with the site.

What we need from you

Access to the site

The login to the site and, if there is one, access to the files. We look at what the site is built from.

Access to the domain

Wherever the DNS is changed. You do not need to hand over the password – we will tell you what to change.

A list of mailboxes

Which addresses are in use. They move with the mail, and nothing is lost.

Half an hour of your time

To check after the move that everything is in place: forms, orders, mail.

What people usually ask

Will the site stop working?
No. The copy is already running with us before the DNS is changed, we switch at a quiet hour, and we keep the old site for another week.
Could the email be lost?
We move the mailboxes together with the mail. The passwords stay the same, so nothing has to be changed on your phone. We change them in one case only – if the site or the email has been hacked: after a break-in the old passwords cannot be trusted, and we send you the new ones ourselves.
What does it cost?
Nothing. The migration is part of the plan and is not invoiced separately. There is one case where you do pay: when the site cannot be moved and has to be rebuilt on another platform – that happens with Wix, Shopify and Squarespace, which do not allow a site to be exported. That work is charged by the hour, and we tell you the price before we start.
How long does it take?
An ordinary site – one evening. A shop with product feeds – two or three days, including testing the orders.
