Where your data is kept, who sees it and what we do not do. Without the legal language.
The site and the backups – on our own server in the EU
Our server is in Finland and belongs to us entirely. The daily backups are kept on it as well. Neither the site, nor the database, nor the backups ever leave the European Union.
The email is here too
The mailboxes run on our server. We do not forward mail to outside services, and no machine reads it for advertising. If you leave, the email is handed over as a separate archive, along with the archives of the site and the database.
Our own analytics, with no cookies
We count visits with our own Pulse. It sets no cookies and does not write your address into a database. The address lives in memory for a second – only to work out an anonymous daily marker and a rough city. That is why there is no cookie pop-up on this site: there is nothing to ask about.
What this site does not have
No Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no social network trackers, no reCAPTCHA, no outside fonts and no outside file storage. Checked in a browser on 21 August 2026: the page makes no request beyond our own domains and sets no cookie at all.
What the form collects
The domain, the address to reply to and the text of your message. The email also carries the time, the network address and the browser name – that is protection against robots, not a profile. The enquiry arrives by email at support@loovl.eu and stays in a service log on the server.
Server logs
The web server records requests together with addresses – without that there is no way to notice password guessing and other abuse. We keep them for no longer than four weeks, after which they are erased automatically. We use them neither for advertising nor for analytics, and we pass them to no one.
Your rights under the GDPR
Write to support@loovl.eu and we will tell you what data of yours we hold, send you a copy or delete it. These are the rights the European GDPR gives you: access to the data, a copy of it and erasure. We reply the same working day and charge nothing for it.
If you are our customer
We process your visitors’ data on your instructions. That requires a data processing agreement (DPA) – Article 28 of the GDPR says so – and we will send you ours on request.
