Pulse is built around five things they don't cover well: (1) a native-language UI — English and Russian today, with German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, and Estonian rolling out through 2026, while most competitors ship English-only. (2) More pageviews per euro at every tier — €9 / month buys 50,000 pageviews instead of the usual 10,000, and €19 Growth gives 200,000 (Plausible $19 = 100,000). (3) Multi-domain tracking under a single tracking ID — no per-site billing for language versions of the same site. (4) A built-in Privacy Policy generator that produces the analytics section your DPO actually wants. (5) AI visibility — you can see which AI bots (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and others) crawl your site and when people fetch it from AI chats, a metric none of these competitors offer. No. Pulse sets no cookies, uses no localStorage, and never stores raw IP addresses — nothing is stored on or read from the visitor's device. France's CNIL sets out specific conditions under which audience-measurement analytics is exempt from consent, and because Pulse stores nothing on the device it also falls outside the UK PECR consent rule. We share the legal reasoning if your DPO asks.
Dedicated Hetzner servers in Helsinki, Finland. Backups stay on Hetzner Storage Box (Finland). Nothing leaves the EU — not for CDN, not for billing data, not for support emails.
GA4 import is on the roadmap. We can run a one-time migration script for paying customers in the meantime — email support@loovl.eu.
A soft cap. We email you at 80%, 100%, and 150% of your limit, but tracking keeps running. We never silently drop data — your business needs accurate numbers, not punitive billing.
